Returns

You can return unused mugs within our 34-day return window, counted from delivery.

Conditions

• Mugs must be unused and free of chips. Please wrap each mug in its original sleeve.
• A restocking fee of $3 per mug covers checking and rewrapping.
• Seconds, sold at a discount because of small glaze flaws, are final sale.
• Custom orders are final sale.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the mugs reaching the studio and passing inspection.
